摘要: There are two voluntary center-accrediting organizations in the USA, Foundation for Accreditation of Cellular Therapy (FACT) and core Clinical Trial Network (CTN) certification, that thought to improve ensure hematopoietic cell transplantation (HCT) center quality care certify clinical excellence. We sought observe whether there differences outcomes between HLA-matched -mismatched HCT by CTN FACT status. Using 2008–2010 Center International Blood & Marrow Transplant Research data we created three categories: non-FACT centers (24 centers), FACT-only certified (106 centers) trial network (FACT/CTN) (32 centers). identified patient characteristics within these relationship certification survival. Our cohort consisted 12 993 transplants conducted 162 centers. After adjusting found FACT/CTN had consistently superior results relative (P<0.05) especially more complex HCT. However, were comparable matched related unrelated patients. Although status is an important standard control begins define improved OS, our indicate alone not indicator outcomes.
