摘要: The present work addresses effects associated with the electrolyte penetration kinetics into TiO2 nanotube layers. In particular, it is shown that uptake affects magnitude of measured photoresponse. We demonstrate for aqueous electrolytes a nanotubular layer comparably slow and may take up to several hours. can significantly be accelerated by UV illumination. ascribe this light-induced change in wetting properties on inside surface. This effect exploited achieve photo-induced filling nanotubes secondary material.
