摘要: Citrus reticulata cv. Sucruissima (Ougan) is a rich source of flavonoids, and its peel has been employed as traditional Chinese medicine for long time. Among the different fruit parts, namely flayed, albedo, segment membrane juice sacs, flavedo showed significant inhibitory effect on three cancer cell lines (HepG2, HL-60 MDA-MB-231). Three flavanone glycosides, naringin, hesperidin, neohesperidin well four polymethoxylated flavones (PMFs), sinensetin, nobiletin, tangeretin 5-demethylnobiletin were separated purified from Ougan identified by HPLC-DAD LC-MS. Cytotoxicity assay that two aglycones PMFs exhibited antiproliferative activity cells. Structure-activity relationship was observed flavonoid-mediated activity. Wound healing nobiletin exerted effects SKOV3 migration well. These results indicate flavonoids may have preventive or therapeutic potential inhibiting proliferation migration. (C) 2014 Elsevier Ltd.
