FOLKMEDIA: A MODERN APPROACH ON PRESERVATION OF ROMANIAN FOLKLORE ARCHIVE

摘要: The present paper presents the results of a national project - Folkmedia focused on new form modern archive according to strict risk assessment plan, in order assure collection's viability and increase its visibility. Significant part recordings has been successfully assessed digitization process is running at full speed. digitized collection are subjected decontamination using anoxia before their relocation dedicated storage facility, following one-way route. Two multifaceted databases have elaborated serve needs researchers also grant access via internet various categories users. data bases contain, besides basic information, complex documentation obtained advanced photonic techniques.
