摘要: This paper reports the findings of a study to investigate antecedents—decision maker factors—and consequences—export performance—of export entrepreneurial orientation among sample Spanish exporting small and medium enterprise-SMEs. aim is achieved in context economic crisis. Responding repeated calls literature for multidisciplinary research frameworks, examine relationships between characteristics values managers on export-entrepreneurial performance. A 196 SMEs from multiple sectors was analyzed using structural equation modeling—PLS. The suggest that: (a) positive influence certain features managers—international experience, language proficiency, specific experience about activities—and proactive value systems orientation; (b) concludes by offering useful recommendations managers.
