摘要: Rye is generally a recalcitrant species in anther culture, although relatively high green plant regeneration rates have been reported for some cultivars. Pre- and post-plating stress treatments media that previous experiments given promising results were tested combinations to improve from culture wide range of rye cultivars lines. The combination cold pre-treatment spikes heat post-treatment plated anthers was beneficial. It increased four breeding lines winter rye. However, even this strong did not the response most with previously untested material showed no interaction between genotype medium embryogenic callus induction. This facilitates application diverse material.
