摘要: Abstract Vitamin B2 (VB2) and vitamin B6 (VB6) as important vitamins for human health are mainly produced by industrial microorganism fermentation. Due to the complexity of fermentation system, there is a lack an efficient, rapid, convenient detection method in production these two vitamins. In this study, multianalyte electrochemical electrode based on glassy carbon (GCE) modified nanoporous gold (NPG) film was developed. This first time that NPG realized VB2 VB6 complex analysis. Under optimized conditions, NPG-modified exhibited good performance using differential pulse voltammetry (DPV). Two linear responses wide concentration ranges from 5 250 μM 40 1000 were obtained with limit (LOD) 0.1 0.4 well high sensitivities 178.02 μA mM−1 cm−2 43.14 cm−2, respectively. Furthermore, media successfully achieved sensitivity strong anti-interference ability. Additionally, has long life because metal characteristics NPG. These above conformed can realize simultaneous multiple substances such substrates products biosystem.
