Surface modification at tungsten and tungsten coated graphite due to low energy and high fluence plasma and laser pulse irradiation

摘要: We have investigated the influence of low energy helium and hydrogen/deuterium plasma irradiation to tungsten or coated graphite samples. The experimental conditions hole/bubble formation hydrogen blister were summarized. exposed a shows different surface modification from those bulk tungsten. also demonstrated transient heat load onto damaged due exposure by laser-beam irradiation. Simultaneous laser pulse irradiations lead further roughing surface.
