摘要: A simple negative pressure pinched sample injection method was presented. This combined diaphragm micropumps and a single voltage supply to generate controllable well-defined plug, led effective electrophoresis separation. The plug found be favorable for obtaining representative reproducible results that the RSD of migration time peak height sodium fluorescein were 0.5 2.1%, respectively (n=25). established had been applied in separation amino acid samples. has advantages free bias effect, high reproducibility convenience controlling by integrated pumps on microchip. In addition, world-to-chip interface simplified instrumentation, which is benefit minimization automation. These demonstrate potential this wide range applications.
