摘要: Abstract Since 2005 and the discovery of canonical Wingless iNTegration 1 (WNT) pathway activation in adrenocortical tumors, a large body work has identified diverse roles this signaling adrenal homeostasis disease. This review focuses on WNT deregulation benign malignant cortex tumors. It covers role CTNNB1 APC alterations provides data newly regulator ZNRF3. raises questions mechanisms that may underlie broad effects tumorigenesis, which range from development nonsecreting tumors to aggressive cortisol-producing carcinomas. Altogether it highlights central adrenal, emphasizing need for therapeutic targeting diseases.
