摘要: SUMMARY Eggs and artificially hatched oncospheres of T. saginata were used to establish infections in calves adult cattle respectively. While eggs effective establishing oral young calves, 14 varying age from 1 1/2-5 years failed become infected by this route with similar infective material; 11 the older preinfected. Artificial infection was established 13 out 26 animals injected subcutaneously or intramuscularly oncospheres, but 7 others intravenous epidural routes infected. Fourteen preinfected C. bovis. It is suggested that intestinal phase immunity cysticercosis may be more important than humoral phase. believed our experiments successfully by-passed, bovis under skin musculature.
