摘要: Classical swine fever (CSF) vaccine based on HAdV-5 had achieved an efficient protection in swine. Both classical virus (CSFV) E0 glycoprotein and E2 were the targets for neutralizing antibodies related to immune against CSF. Interleukin-2 (IL2), as adjuvant, also been used CSF research. In this study, coexpression of CSFV E0, E2, IL2 genes by (rAdV-E0-E2-IL2) was constructed immunized evaluate its efficacy. Three expressed sequentially connected with foot-and-mouth disease 2A (FMDV 2A). The administered intramuscular inoculation CSFV-free pigs (10(8) TCID50) twice at triweekly intervals. No adverse clinical signs observed any after vaccination. induced strong humoral cellular responses that led complete lethal infection, viremia, shedding challenge virus. rAdV-E0-E2-IL2 is a promising, efficient, safe marker candidate CSFV.
