摘要: Content specificity seems to be a fundamental problem in assessing clinical solving ability with simulations. Even very high fidelity computer simulations, it can anticipated that correlations between performance on different cases will low. This characteristic of real life, so expected simulations as well. It is necessary use large numbers adequately assess ability. Measuring single case more and accuracy well result less valid test because testing time usually reteaching evaluation specific technical or procedural skills, although further research determine those characteristics the simulation which effective transfer setting. Finally, have had an uncertain role past, but evolution new technology holds great promise for future.
