摘要: N-type N,N'-Dimethyl-3,4,9,10-perylenedicarboximide ((PTCDI-C1) organic thin films were fabricated by vacuum evaporation procedure. The crystallinity of PTCDI-C1 was analyzed x-ray diffraction(XRD), while its structure studied scan electron microscopy (SEM). optical properties as-prepared and annealed determined double beam spectrophotometer. results XRD SEM revealed the increase agglomeration grain size due to thermal effect. transmittance reflectance measured in visible ultraviolet wavelength spectrum. normal dispersion refractive index modeled according single oscillator model. For higher energy range (hv > 3.5 eV), calculated conductivity observed with increasing photon energy. band gap found be decreased as a direct effect temperature increase. Furthermore, value third nonlinear susceptibility χ (3) values film lowered result annealing.
