摘要: Background We have performed Quantitative Trait Loci (QTL) analysis of an F2 intercross between two chicken lines divergently selected for juvenile body-weight. In a previous study 13 identified loci with effects on body-weight, only explained small proportion the large variation in population. Epistatic interaction however, indicated that network interacting effect contributed to difference body-weight parental lines.
