摘要: Adapting historic buildings to new, modern forms generates not only financial benefits for developers but can also allow them survive future generations through proper remodelling. The variety of decision criteria related the selection a new function building makes this problem multidimensional. Many these are interrelated and have non-linear nature which requires comprehensive network-based rather than classic hierarchical approach conducting multi-criteria analysis. A taking into account specificity analysed was proposed. study supported by an example choice as part adaptive reuse located in Zakopane. following variants been analysed: hostel (existing state), five-star hotel, folk art gallery conference training centre. final rating alternatives indicates that hotel best meets adopted criteria.
