摘要: As pointed out by G. M. Brown and associates in their contribution to this volume, “neuroendocrine function may provide a means of differentiating various subtypes among the affective disorders, because they mirror central activity biogenic amines depressed subjects. Different types neurotransmitter deficit have been postulated depressive illness. underlying abnormalities could lead syndromes which differ with respect clinical characteristics, visceral symptomatology, endocrine abnormalities.” They listed series patients as described literature added information about own findings on neuroendocrine effects lithium (see also Prange Loosen, volume; Johnson, 1982; Sachar, Winokur et al., 1982).
