摘要: Abstract The aim of this study was to assess in developing mice whether the neutralization endogenous NGF following ICV administration anti-NGF antibodies (50 μg/2 μ1) on postnatal days 3, 6, 9, and 12 affected locomotor activity, exploratory behavior, response cholinergic blocker scopolamine. In Experiments 1 2 activity age-typical scopolamine effects were evaluated PND 13 or 17 an automated apparatus. No significant main effect treatment found at either age. On day (0.2, 1, mg/kg) decreased locomotion both control animals. Experiment behavior analyzed open field arena a hole board apparatus 16. general motor investigation novel object found, though animals tended be less active than controls. pups showed different pattern head dipping from controls, exploring mainly holes located periphery
