摘要: Abstract Models of induction coupled plasma (ICP) discharges are developed for arrangements important in spectrochemical analysis. These models account the spatial distribution gas properties and major energy losses found high temperature discharges. Realistic flows, sample particle motion decomposition incorporated into models. Computer simulations based on these provide temperature, velocity, concentration, radiation distributions a number experimental ICP discharge configurations. The alteration various operational parameters permits evaluation some factors developing spectroohemical analysis with source. Recognized differences between theory experiment discussed.
