摘要: Background: Ehlers Danlos syndrome (EDS) is heterogeneous genetic involving connective tissue. It characterized by clinical signs of skin hyper-extensibility, delayed wound healing with atrophic scarring, joint hypermobility, easy bruising and generalized tissue fragility. Oral cavity not immune to these systemic effects. Case Presentation: A 40 year old Indian male patient reported the Department Medicine Radiology chief complaint clicking in front ear difficulty closing mouth properly as his jaw seems get stuck sometimes. The problem started about two years back when underwent full extraction due mobility all teeth. On general examination certain anomalous features were observed which included hyper-extensibility fingers hands cigarette paper scars on legs foot. was completely edentulous could touch tip tongue nose. Panoramic temporomandibular (TMJ) limitation views taken MRI TMJ advised. Based history features; we came diagnosis dislocation syndrome. Patient advised avoid wide opening mouth. Since medical condition capricious for implants prosthesis, use relined complete denture. Conclusion: a rare disorder manifestation dental consideration such cases should be well evaluated managed appropriately.
