摘要: Colorectal cancer (CRC) is a highly heterogeneous disease that the third leading cause of cancer-related deaths worldwide. This study presents genome-wide assessment variations in primary colorectal maintained metastases, even distant metastases. The purpose this was to determine whether intratumor heterogeneity related progression and metastasis CRC. results showed 882 single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) associated genes 473 copy number variant (CNV) specific were found. In addition, 57 SNPs mapped miRNAs significant differences between tumors Functional annotation metastasis-specific suggested adhesion immune regulation may be essential development tumors. Moreover, locus rs12881063 fourteenth chromosome found have high rate G/C type nearby lymph node metastases 66.7%, while distance 83.3%. These indicate basis for clinical diagnosis CRC metastasis.
