Beyond patient care: the impact of healthcare reform on job satisfaction in the Ethiopian public healthcare sector

摘要: While healthcare reform has been a central attention for local governments, its impact on job satisfaction is poorly understood. This study aimed to determine the of in public sector Ethiopia. Job results significantly different among (χ 2 = 30.56, p < .001). negatively influences professionals’ overall poor, would hinder ‘Health Sector Transformation’ movement Healthcare efforts are contingent professionals, such should balance demand supply both patients providers improved outcomes.
