摘要: Several methods have been developed to estimate the parental contributions in genetic pool of an admixed population. Some pair-comparisons performed on real data but, date, no systematic comparison a large number has attempted. In this study, we simulated data-based six most cited literature last 20 years. Five these use allele frequencies and differ statistical treatment data. The one also considers degree molecular divergence by estimating coalescence times. Comparisons are based frequency at which method can be applied, bias mean square error estimation, true value is within confidence interval. Eventually, each was applied set variously introgressed honeybee populations. optimal conditions (highly differentiated populations, recent hybridization event), all perform equally well. When not optimal, differently, but always better or worse than others. guidelines given for choice method.
