摘要: Abstract Conservation management systems such as no tillage may enhance sequestration of soil C. The properties that contribute to C storage under are still largely unknown, especially in subtropical agroecosystems. We investigated the influence [mouldboard plough (MP) and (NT)] on organic C, microbial biomass activity, structural stability mycorrhizal status a field cultivated with maize (Zea mays L.) or bean (Phaseolus vulgaris Vertisol Northern Tamaulipas, Mexico. Crop type, system depth had significant effect aggregate bulk density. Soil N dehydrogenase phosphatase activities were greater NT than MP, particularly cultivation. In 0–5 cm layer, were, average, about 87 51% soils maize, respectively, MP. Higher levels propagules, glomalin related protein (GRSP) stable aggregates produced MP both crops. no-tillage can be considered an effective practice for carrying out sustainable agriculture conditions, due its improvement physical biochemical quality sequestration.
