Quantized vortices in superfluid helium and atomic Bose-Einstein condensates

摘要: This article reviews recent developments in the physics of quantized vortices superfluid helium and atomic Bose-Einstein condensates. Quantized appear low-temperature quantum condensed systems as direct product condensation. were first discovered 4He 1950s, have since been studied with a primary focus on hydrodynamics this system. Since discovery 3He 1972, characteristic anisotropic theoretically observed experimentally using rotating cryostats. The realization condensation 1995 has opened new possibilities, because it became possible to control directly visualize condensates vortices. Historically, many ideas developed imported field cold atoms utilized effectively.
