摘要: In the past few decades significant progress has been made in development of drug delivery systems (DDSs) intended for targeted to its site action. Several dozens systemically or focally administered DDSs have approved clinical use. However, biofate drug/DDS following their administration is complex and controllable only a low extent. As result, amounts drugs reach target tissue, currently available are characterized by effectiveness and/or high magnitude adverse effects. this chapter, major pharmacokinetic pharmacodynamic parameters that govern presented, ways control drug/DDSs disposition enhance efficiency pharmacological responses discussed. This chapter’s focus on anticancer treatment solid tumors quantitative assessment analyzed factors/parameters.
