摘要: Recovered materials from the transportation sector or secondary by-product industrial, municipal, mining can be used as substitutes for natural in construction of highway infrastructure. The environmental impact traditional and newer needs to determined conditions their expected use. purpose this paper is introduce a probabilistic framework evaluating acceptability candidate based on risk soil groundwater contamination leached metals organics pavement. proposed provides structured guidance selecting appropriate model, incorporating uncertainty, variability, expert opinion, interpreting results decision making. This new approach illustrated by analysis arsenic leaching Portland cement concrete asphalt that were constructed using virgin products.
