摘要: The extent to how Escherichia coli O157:H7 can survive in soil and the predominant factors that determine its survival are crucial issues from a public health point of view. This study investigated E. vegetable soils plastic-greenhouse cultivation over 0, 1, 4, 8, 12 years southern China. Results showed times ( td) calculated Weibull model for five tested ranged 9.00 21.11 days. In general, survived longer open-field than greenhouse under same incubation conditions. td values were greater with lower level electrical conductivity, higher total nitrogen, sand content. Compared other factors, conductivity was most important factor affecting soils. Different diverse patterns highlight importance preventing pathogenic contamination purpose food safety.
