摘要: Prostate cancer is the most common in men western countries, and its incidence increasing steadily worldwide. Molecular changes including both genetic epigenetic events underlying development progression of this disease are still not well understood. Epigenetic involved gene regulation occur through different mechanisms such as DNA methylation histone modifications. Both modifications affect play important roles either independently or by interaction tumor initiation progression. This review will discuss genes associated with alterations prostate progression: their importance possible markers for disease.
