摘要: Objective To examine the effect of LY309887, an inhibitor glycinamide ribonucleotide formyltransferase in de novo purine biosynthesis on murine type collagen-induced arthritis (CIA). Methods CIA was induced by immunisation with bovine II collagen adjuvant. The expression folate receptors examined dissected synovial tissues and bone marrow cells from arthritic non-arthritic mice semi-quantitative reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction. LY309887 administered to after onset arthritis. Mice were monitored for index 21 days. Levels IgG 1 2a antibodies against measured sera or without treatment enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Histologic analyse also performed joints treatment. Results mRNA receptor beta (FR-β) elevated mice, compared those nofiarthritic joints. FR-β dominant mile. administration suppressed disease progression as defined lower index. decreased production serum anti-type antibody, damage cartilage bone. Conclusion effective mice.
