摘要: The key challenge for fabricating electrogenerated chemiluminescence (ECL) biosensors still lies in the improvement of sensing performance ECL luminophores. Graphite-like carbon nitride (g-C3N4) nanosheets were prepared and cathodic was investigated. emission g-C3N4 greatly enhanced higher sensitivity towards copper ions achieved by a "space effect", incorporation into top-down nanoporous matrix. Label-free immunosensors fabricated based on this simple platform. unique signal amplification strategy fabrication procedure guarantee sensor stability production reproducibility. Nanoporous matrix supported probes have potential as versatile biosensors.
