摘要: RHEOLOGICAL BEHAVIOR OF BITUMINOUS MIXTURES WAS STUDIED AND EVALUATED IN TERMS THE THEORY LINEAR VISCO- ELASTICITY. MATERIAL TESTED UNDER STATIC LOADING CONDITIONS ITS DYNAMIC LOAD PREDICTED BY USING VISCOELASTICITY THEORY. LITERATURE REVIEWED SUMMARIZED. TESTS WERE CONDUCTED FLEXURAL TENSILE STRESS AT THREE TEMPERATURES: 40, 70, 100 F. RESULTS COMPLEX MODULUS ELASTICITY, DETERMINED FROM CURVATURE MEASUREMENTS FLEXURE SPECIMENS CREEP-STRAIN LOADING. GENERAL TRENDS FOR ESTABLISHED MIXES INFLUENCE TEMPERATURE, APPLIED LOAD, CURING TIME AFTER COMPACTION, BINDER CONTENT MIX. PREDICTING THESE MATERIALS MEANS MODULUS, IT FOUND THAT SUCH A PREDICTION SIGNIFICANTLY AFFECTED MAGNITUDE INITIAL STRAIN VALUE CURVE. TOTAL RESPONSE TO BE MAINLY VISCOUS NATURE. AS EXPECTED, TEMPERATURE HAD SIGNIFICANT EFFECT ON STRENGTH ALSO CRITICALLY RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN LOAD. /AUTHOR/
