摘要: Historically, Town Planning has been concerned with protecting public health and safety. Indeed, earliest town planning legislation in the UK grew out of legislation. Over time broadened its focus role planners by adding new areas within scope concerns. Meanwhile, organisations such as World Health Organisation (WHO) expanded their from extension services into rural to also include urban areas. This resulted Healthy Cities Movement 1990s.
