摘要: The peptide lactoferricin (Lfcin) can be released from the multifunctional protein lactoferrin (LF) through proteolysis by pepsin under acidic conditions, a reaction that occurs naturally in stomach. Lfcin encompasses large portion of functional domain intact protein, and many cases it not only retains activities LF but is more active. possesses strong antimicrobial weak antiviral activities, also has potent antitumor immunological properties. This review covers current state research this field, focusing on beneficial peptide. Throughout we will discuss breadth activity as well mechanism action. Many recent studies have drawn attention to fact main site action for may intracellular. In addition results structural dynamic are presented, relationship between structure explored.
