摘要: Pirinc temelde bir bakir cinko alasimidir. Cinko, pirincin mukavemetini arttirarak ona sertlik ve asinma direnci katar. Pirinc, uretilmesi kolay sekillendirilebilme kabiliyeti yuksek alasimdir. Bu nedenle bircok sektorde yaygin uzun soluklu kullanim imkâni bulmustur. Matkapla delik delme basit yapisi ekonomikligi ile halen olarak kullanilan imalat yontemlerinden biridir. calismada, CuZn15 pirinc alasimi dort kontrol faktoru (kesme hizi, ilerleme miktari, matkap uc acisi kaplama durumu) dikkate alinarak iki kalite karakteristigi kuvveti kesici takim sicakligi) acisindan deneylerine tabi tutulmustur. Kontrol faktorlerinin karakteristikleri uzerindeki etkileri regresyon analizi modellenmis Taguchi metodu optimum sartlari belirlenmeye calisilmistir. %95 guven araliginda varyans yapilarak etki oranlari hesaplanmistir. Dogrulama deneyleri de optimizasyon test edilmistir. Deneyler sonucunda kesme uzerinde etkili olan onem siralamasinin sirasiyla acisi, hizi durumu oldugu, sicakligi ise miktari oldugu gorulmustur. Elde edilen bu sonuclara gore, 0,05 anlamlilik duzeyinde yapilan optimizasyonun uygun
