摘要: BACKGROUND Nurses are members of interprofessional cadres health care professions with vital roles as disaster shelter volunteers and leaders for recovery efforts. must be equipped the skills needed to communities postdisaster. Providing students opportunities engage in simulated experiences is an effective method preparing them work leadership during disasters. This article describes a case study use simulation enhance students' knowledge collaboration management. METHOD The Disaster Aftermath Interprofessional Simulation (DAIS) tabletop exercise was developed by nursing public faculty. RESULTS Students prioritized interventions investigated foodborne outbreak emergency shelter. applied from their respective disciplines, collaborating develop plans protect populations.
