摘要: This report summarizes the results of a recent review emerging experience with design and implementation policy instruments to promote development renewable energy (RE) in sample six representative developing countries transition economies ('developing countries') (World Bank 2010). The focused mainly on price- quantity-setting policies, but it also covered fiscal financial incentives, as well relevant market facilitation measures. lessons learned were taken from rapidly growing literature reports that analyze discuss RE context different types power structures. analysis considered all grid-connected options except large hydropower: wind (on-shore off-shore), solar (photovoltaic concentrated power), small hydropower (SHP) (with capacities below 30 megawatts), biomass, bioelectricity (cogeneration), landfill gas, geothermal. selected for included Brazil, India, Indonesia, Nicaragua, Sri Lanka, Turkey.
