In particular, there a of which comprises one the following: (i) minimal amino acid sequence shown as SEQ ID No. 2; (ii) 3; (iii) region 281-420 5T4. also vaccine comprising such (or precursor thereof) and its use to treat and/or prevent disease, in particular cancerous disease.
