摘要: A gas turbine engine includes an exhaust flow guide attached to the end. The is made of a piece sheet metal curved about central longitudinal axis form partial portion nozzle having leading and trailing edges, side edges. asymmetrically affects downstream jet noise contribution volume gases discharged from end change directivity reduce its power level. can further include additional features such as perforations, corrugated surfaces, reinforcing strips irregularly shaped edges improve mixing with surrounding fluid volume, thereby resulting in reduction. according present invention also improves attenuation generated emitted provides reduction device which simple economical manufacture maintain, applicable both short long cowl nacelle engines.
