摘要: Micro-electromechanical tools for minimally invasive techniques including microsurgery. These utilize composite shape memory alloy (SMA), polymer (SMP) and combinations of SMA SMP to produce catheter distal tips, actuators, etc., which are bistable. Applications these structures include: 1) a method reversible fine positioning tip, 2) or therapeutic catheters by guide catheter, 3) bending articulation through the body's vasculature, 4) methods controlled stent delivery, deployment, repositioning, 5) with variable modulus, vibration mode, inchworm capability, articulated tips. actuators tips bistable opportune in vivo usage because materials biocompatible convenient intravascular use as well other minimal techniques.
