Number coding for identification of subtypes of coded types of solid phase carriers

摘要: Disclosed is number coding of pairs (“doublets”) or small sets (“multiplets”) solid phase carriers which provides distinguishable subtypes a given type such carriers, where each carrier on the bases different code. Such useful for augmenting system, as color code, and thereby effectively multiplying “colors” (distinguishable sub-types). It can be applied, example, to determine whether sample homozygous heterozygous at sites one two alleles, same code applied alleles with are distinguished by knowing how many associated molecules detect allele.
