摘要: Passive matrix pixelated organic electroluminescent (EL) devices are fabricated by using a single mask which defines deposition zone for depositing an EL medium layer and thin cathode directing respective vapor streams towards substrate in the zone. A bus conductor is formed over electrically insulative base at least one shadowing structure providing electrical contact between position where spaced from of structure. The achieved materials stream direction substantially perpendicular to substrate, under subtended angle. An inverted device cathodes on forming cathodes, light-transmissive anodes with each anode being conductor.
