摘要: We present a numerical study based on Monte Carlo algorithm of the magnetic properties mixed Ising ferrimagnetic model cubic lattice where spins = ±1/2 and S 0, ±1 are in alternating sites lattice. carried out exact ground state calculations employ simulation to obtain finite-temperature phase diagram model. A compensation point appears when next-nearest-neighbor interaction between exceeds minimum value. found strong dependence temperature with interactions Hamiltonian, particularly crystal external field.
