摘要: Background Valid and reliable outcome measurements are a prerequisite for evidence-based practice. The comparative validity reliability of assessing atopic eczema (AE) severity is unclear. Objective We sought to assess the validity, reliability, sensitivity change, ease use AE. also give recommendations on which outcomes in clinical research monitoring. Methods performed a systematic review survey experts patients. Results Twenty published were identified. There evidence adequate construct 3 measurements (Severity Scoring Atopic Dermatitis index [SCORAD], Eczema Area Severity Index [EASI], Three Item Score), internal consistency 1 scale (Patient-oriented Measure [POEM]), interobserver 5 (Basic Clinical System; Nottingham Score; Assessment Dermatitis; Six Area, Sign score; SCORAD), test-retest (POEM), change 3 (EASI, SCORAD, Investigators' Global Assessment). Most have content as assessed by patients experts. Data time perform assessment was identified 8 measurements. Only EASI, POEM been tested sufficiently adequately. Conclusion too many measures not properly or adequately when tested, their continued hampers scientific communication. implications currently These scales should be used future studies.
