摘要: This review was conducted to compare the physical effect of aspheric IOL implantation on wavefront properties with that spherical implantation. The peer-reviewed literature systematically searched in Medline, Embase, Web Science, Biosis, and Cochrane Library according Collaboration method. Inclusion criteria were randomized controlled trials comparing use versus monofocal assessed visual acuity, contrast sensitivity, or quality vision. A secondary outcome ocular analysis; aberration, higher-order aberrations (HOAs), coma, trefoil evaluated. Effects calculated as standardized mean differences (Hedges g) pooled using random-effect models. Thirty-four 43 studies provided data for analysis. Aspheric resulted less aberration fewer HOAs than IOLs. might explain better sensitivity patients
