This list completed by 75 clinical diagnosis HVS. Non-metric principal components analysis (NMPCA) showed that structure three-dimensional, dimensions being labelled: Shortness breath (HVS-1), Peripheral tetany (HVS-II), Central (HVS-III). questionnaire's differentiating ability investigated comparing non-HVS persons (80 employed in health care). All three had an unequivocally high to differentiate between and non-HVS. Application linear discriminance HVS-I, HVS-II HVS-III together yielded 93% correct classifications. Statistical double cross-validation resulted 90 94% sensitivity relation 91% specificity 95%. It is concluded questionnaire suitable as a screening instrument for early detection HVS, also aid therapy planning.
