摘要: Biosorption is an efficient and environmental-friendly technology for the decontamination of dyes from industrial wastewater. These properties bio absorbent usage instead commercial chemicals supports not only “economic” dimension, but also “environment” “social” dimensions of sustainability. As a novel bioadsorbent, methylene blue-resistant fungal strain Ulocladium consortiale was isolated Lake Tuz (Turkey). The effect four independent variables pH (7–11), initial dye concentration (10–50 mg/L), biomass dosage (0.1–0.5 g/mL), contact time (2.5–12.5 min) studied on biosorption by employing U. using batch mode. Optimum conditions were selected maximum biosorption. Central Composite Design (CCD) Response Surface Methodology (RSM) ideal solution fitting second-order response surface model performed to determine optimum levels parameters spot correlation between various parameters. highest removal efficiency (R, %) blue achieved with 92.69 % showed capacity (q, mg/g) 181.28 mg/g. This obtained at 10 pH, 46 mg/L concentration, 0.2 g/mL dosage, 2.5 min time. results CCD RSM show that suitable sustainable biosorbent can be used in under optimal conditions.
