摘要: The main intent of clonal propagation is to establish plants that are uniform and predictable selected qualities. In view the substantially superior rate plant increase, interest in use tissue cultures as an alternative traditional asexual multiplication methods currently spreading rapidly. culture approach provides other equally significant benefits. Pathogen-free recoverable from clones systematically infected, international or regional exchange genetic stocks expedited rendered safer, cryogenic preservation germ-plasm distinctly probable. Rapid increase also signifies faster timely establishment new cultivars.
