摘要: We calculate the X-ray luminosity and light curve for stellar binary system η Car entire orbital period of 5.54 yr. By using a new approach we find, as suggested in previous works, that collision winds blown by two stars can explain emission temporal behavior. Most 2-10 keV band results from shocked secondary wind. The observed rise just before minimum is due to increase density subsequent decrease radiative cooling time fast Absorption, particularly soft X-rays primary wind, increases approaches periastron shocks are produced deep inside However, absorption cannot account drastic minimum. 70 day assumed result collapse region onto star.
