摘要: GeO2/Ge/C anode material synthesized using a simple method involving simultaneous carbon coating and reduction by acetylene gas is composed of nanosized GeO2/Ge particles coated thin layer carbon, which also interconnected between neighboring to form clusters up 30 μm. The composite shows high capacity 1860 mAh/g 1680 at 1 C (2.1 A/g) 10 rates, respectively. This good electrochemical performance related the fact that elemental germanium nanoparticles present in increases reversibility conversion reaction GeO2. These factors have been found through investigating comparing GeO2/Ge/C, GeO2/C, GeO2, bulk
